What problem this project solves

IATF needed a stable public home that explains the model, lists projects, and points contributors to the right next step.

Why this project exists

The site is the public front door of IATF. It is built as a small static project so it stays easy to read, translate, and maintain in the open.

In scope

  • Public landing pages that explain the IATF model
  • Public registry of accepted, active, and archived IATF projects with status, maintainer, repository, and demo
  • A request intake page and form
  • Governance and transparency pages
  • English source with structure ready for translation
  • Static deployment on Cloudflare Workers Static Assets

Out of scope

  • Private member areas, accounts, or login flows
  • Hosting of project source code, which lives in each project's own repository
  • Real-time chat, which lives in Discord
  • Issue tracking for individual projects, which lives in each project's GitHub repository
